She's a truly gifted storyteller. My copy of her book should be arriving in a few days and I know already that I'm going to love it, lol.

Hope you've been well, Funmi.

I love that Chimamanda has a depth that her looks disguise. And she keeps outdoing herself and everyone else. I can't wait to get a copy of this book.

i have bought and read the new book, which is a collection of short stories. Suffice to say i finished it all in a day. She inspires me and i am insanely jealous of her and her abilities as a writer. I love her, most especially i love her writing.

Chimamanda is a good storyteller. I love her work. Read 'Purple Hibiscus' a while back and with the review of 'The thing around your Neck' which I read in NEXT Newspaper, I am sure I will get my money's worth when I buy the book.

Hi Ms. Iyanda,

I am a blogger on fabulous African people and things and I would love to interview you for my blog. I am a reader of your blog and I catch a few clips of your show every now and then as I do not reside in Nigeria. I want to highlight all the great work you do-a pioneer in your own right on TV as well as the countless charity work you are involved in. In addition, your sense of style is fabulous and I would like to be permitted to use some pictures in the interview which you could send or I could pull off the internet.
I would be most appreciative if you would oblige my request. You can also check out my blog at www.afrofab.blogspot.com.

Thank You and God Bless,

Sometimes When I read a piece from her...I wonder how great is her sense of Imagination. I think in the way of Chili pepa who said, "Chimamanda has a depth that her looks disguise."
